Class Participation Challenge: Great News!
We did it —’80 hit 60.3% participation for the first
time since graduation! We earned the $150,000 bonus to get to 60% by 3
donors! The total finished at $4,083,359 making the Class of 1980 only the third
class in University history to raise more than $4 million at a 30th
reunion. The results capped a huge final push to reach the 60% mark by June 30. By doing so, an anonymous classmate contributed an additional $150,000 bonus, on top of matching 2:1 all donations made between March 15 and June 30.
