Preliminary Schedule

Weekend Plans.  It's still early days, but we recognize that you'll want to understand what we expect to take place when as you make your Reunions plans. (That said, we hope you'll attend the entire Thursday-Sunday weekend!) But we're still working through the details, and we'll update this page (and let you know via email) as the schedule firms up.


Preliminary. Keep in mind that, despite whatever specificity you might see below, everything is, in theory and maybe practice, subject to change!


Our schedule: (keeping in mind that there are dozens of other events open to all Reunions attendees--Alumni-Faculty Forums, theatrical/improv/singing group shows, "Friends of..." receptions, and more)

Noon-11:00pm Arrival and Check-in at Class of 1980 HQ Dod Courtyard
    6:00-8:00pm Dinner for all registered classmates and guests
    8:00-10:00pm Class Talent Show Enjoy performances by some of our class's talented members: musicians, poets, jugglers, speed readers,... (well, maybe not all of the above!)
8:00-10:00am Breakfast at the HQ Tent
9:00am-11:00pm Registration Desk Open at HQ
11:00am-4:00pm Alumni Battle of the Bands at Blair Arch (Class Band TBD)
Noon-2:00pm Lunch at the HQ Tent
TBD Special '80 Reunion Panel (time/location TBD)
5:00pm-8:00pm Child/Teen Dinner at Frist
6:00-7:00pm Cocktails at the Boathouse
7:00=9:00pm Class Dinner at the Boathouse
9:00pm-1:00am Dancing to TBA
7:30-9:30am Breakfast at the HQ Tent
 Registration Desk Open at HQ
9:30-10:15am Class Memorial Service (location TBD)
11:00am Class Photo on Clio Hall Steps
11:00am-1:00pm Lunch at the HQ Tent
2:00-4:00pm The One and Only P-Rade
6:30-8:30pm Dinner at the HQ Tent
8:00-10:30pm Lawn Concert and Fireworks
9:30pm-1:30am Dancing to TBA

Brunch. Finish up our 40th with a relaxed brunch; a great time to close the loop with friends and make plans to stay in touch--perhaps at our next mini-Reunion?
